How to make .gif images ?

First split it up into jpegs. Programs like avidemux will do that. Then you take gis. mp. Create a new file, the same size as the jpegs. open a layer. Import the first jpeg onto it. Open a new layer on top of it. Import the second jpeg onto it. Repeat until done. Save as gif. It will ask you if what you want to do is to save it as an animated gif. Say yes. Open a web browser or any other program which can play the gif and watch it.
