Can anyone elce hear peoples thauhgts?

i can hear what people are thinking, my friend once put it as, mel ive noticed you can hea what people say, but you also hear what they dont say, i have a very understanding peosonality and i can figure people out in a secont by hearing how and what they are thinking. and it is uncontrolable, it just kinda happends ad i hear what they are hinking in sentinces, my mind works in images so it is easier for me to hear or unserstand people with a photogenic memory or when their mind works the same way as me.
