Why am i felling like this should i go to hospital?

all of a sudden i have got well sleepy Morning all the time fell down and baby heart rate is between 150 and 163 bpm when she is usually 132 to 146 she keeps going mad in there then stopping i keep getting pains in my upper back right hand side and my right hip she ant moved in bout 20 mins im 32 weeks and 2 days pregnant what can it be i fell light headed as well keep thinking i need a poo and a wee but only goes for a wee what can it be what can i do
