Turning the dometic refrigerator upside down ,will that fix the blockage in the boiler part of the unit?

Went you turn a refrigerator on it's side it allows the oil to circulate into the evaporator side where it clogs. The oil is supposed to stay in the can that is the compressor. Maybe if you turn it upside down and warm up the evap core with a blow dryer it might allow the oil to migrate back to where it should be.
