Well at your Arraignment, either tell them you need more time to prepare your case or tell them you would like a public deffender. A lot of people qualify for the public deffender and they can work wonders (trust me lol). They can get alot of your troubles reduced, in your case he will probably plead a plea bargain, in which you admit guilt but under certain cirstances. You will still will probably get some points docked and/or a fine but nothing too harsh. Just the wreck alone is enough for an insurance increase though so expect that.
