Moving minnow eggs ----------------?

I have 6 or so minnows in a 70 gallon tank along with 2 turtles. I noticed the other day that one had laid eggs on my magnet cleaner. The problem is that there is only one male (uming that pink ones are female and the one black one is male). I don't really know too much about minnow reproduction, but I umed that the male has to go and fertilize the eggs. In that case I'm worried that he might not notice the eggs in a large tank. I was thinking that maybe I should move the eggs and the male into a smaller (10 gallon) tank. If so, should I move both male and female and how do I go about moving eggs? They're on a magnet cleaner so that probably make things much easier but I want to be reinforced before I go and kill all of them.
