If Men are evil oppressors of women*, then why the fathers of Science of Gynaecology were men?

Yes, I thanked men some time ago for researching gynaecology. Men actually loved and cared for women that they went out of their way to help them medically at a time when women were supposedly being oppressed. Even if equality was achieved back then, men would still be the researchers and inventors of gynaecology and not women. Women had been delivering babies for such a long time but they couldn't do anything else. I mean, I have worked at a birthing center as my usual rotation, I have delivered babies myself. Anyone can be trained to deliver babies and learn some quick and natural remedies to help delivering mothers but for someone to go out of their way and actually study the intricate details of the female physiology is extraordinary. Gynaecology is a life saver for women and a men started it all. Men also developed the ultrasound. I wouldn't mind becoming a gynecologist myself but their are still women out there who would never go to a male gyno and most of them are religious too. However this problem did not exist back in the day when most doctors were male.
