How much ammonia would it take to change a pH of 2?

Im doing a college biology project where we have to come up with our own experiments. I've looked everywhere and can't find the answer, and poison control couldn't help me. I want to know how much ammonia is lethal if ingested, how much ammonia would it take to change a pH of 2 to a base pH.
