Farewell party Pranks/Ideas?

We have got a Friend that is moving away to a different City and we want to throw him a farewell party that he won't forget. Apart from the normal Drinking, what else can be do to him??? E.g: We have already thought of whip cream and confetti to play some pranks on him, what other pranks can we do to him??? Nothing really over the top but any suggestions will be helpful.
