Can't Decide Weather to follow my heart and talk to the girl.. or follow logic.?

I am a lebanese senior student.. recently i loved a girl for more than two years and then had to switch schools for certain reasons.. so i had to break up with her.. now.. at my new school, there is a girl that is smaller than me in 3 years but i love her like hell.. i miss her even when i sit next to her.. she loves me as well.. the problem is that i have to leave next year to complete education abroad because the political situation overhere sucks.. i cant manage weather to talk to her simply and go out with her... or just stay away because i know that we cant carry on later.. i have always had the idea to keep away from love because it a source of problems.. but once ur in love.. its so hard to follow your mind or logic.. thanks anyway
