Blank Information Box Showing on Windows Vista?

Same situation here.... Windows Vista, Dell Laptop... tried McAfee, Avira AntiVir, Windows Live Spyware/Malware cleaner... nothing finds anything... if you click 'No' (which I've been doing since it's started happening) it closes, and doesn't seem to cause any other problems... if you click 'Yes' it appears to start installing something (which you can cancel), but there still isn't any information (application name, file name, etc.) displayed... so I cancel. Only change I've noticed with it is that Internet Explorer has been freezing more often as of late which (being a Microsoft product) isn't a surprise... still hope someone can shed some light on this, though.
