Treasurer, Accounts Payable, Bookkeeper

What are the differences between these and what is someone more likely to be titled as in a small business? Is a Treasurer in charge of Accounts Payable and Bookkeeping; Is a Bookkeeper in charge of Accounts Payable and Treasury? Or are they all the same? Thank you!
