2 month old chews on hands and fingers turning them raw and red. What to do? ?

She has access to her pacifier all the time but if she spits it out she gets a hold of her hands. Her first finger, thumb, and part of her hand in between are raw and red looks like eczema. What to do at home? What can I use at home?
